Okay, legal eagles… I’ve got two questions for you. 1) Do you see, anywhere, ANY language that actually *exempts* industrial hemp from the proposed regulations to be imposed upon cannabis? and 2) Does this wording or does this wording not indicate that a 4-oz (half-cup) stick of “green butter” would result in a tax of $200?
