Great. So not only did she pose semi-nude, but she did it while she was a minor. Now THAT’S morals for ya.

I agree with her views on gay marriage but I don’t see the correlation between what she said and these pictures. All she said was that she believed that marriage should be between a man and a woman. That is her belief….why post these pics to try and ruin her life??? The more people bash on her the more I feel for her (and I hate these bible thumpers). Perez (good for nothing) Hilton should not have been a judge in the first place. Having a gay guy judge the beauty of a woman just does not make any sense to me. He is just a fat nerd with a microphone.
Leave this dimwit pageant queen alone. Even she doesn’t deserve this.

Ha! You can see more on a beach! Calling these semi-nude is so misleading. I recall a similarly absurd series of stories on Miley Cyrus. If the remaining photos don’t contain actual nudity, leave her alone. Photographers, leave the kids alone. Parents, teach your kids the value of modesty. Let it go.

So what, it still didn’t give that rump ranger the right to try and destroy her because she answered the question honestly. In the long run she will be rich as a result of some freak of nature’s question.

The Miss USA pageant parades these women out in some of the smallest bikinis known to man and then want to take the title when from them when they make money doing it? No wonder no one gives a flying %$#% about the Miss USA contest any more….. They’re as bad as the NCAA.
May 7th, 2009 at 3:59 am
Her 15 minutes of fame were up 3 days after the pageant. Seriously… who really cares?!?
May 7th, 2009 at 4:21 am
Guess she’s not so perfect after all!

Who are you to talk about morals? CNN, Perez Hilton and gay rights activists have been attacking Miss California for doing nothing but telling the truth. Morals? Since when is telling the truth immoral? Why are you attacking her for her beliefs? Gay rights activists claim they are being discriminated against because they are different, all the while attacking and discriminating against those who believe differently.
Hmmmmm, I wonder why your cause is such a difficult battle. Could it be because supporters of the cause are unjust? Perhaps even militant?
Until this thing erupted, I was under the belief that everyone should have equal rights under the law, regardless of orientation. I have since changed my view. If gay people can’t be civilized enough to allow someone to voice an opposing viewpoint without personally attacking them for it, they obviously can’t handle equality the freedoms the rest of us enjoy.
Good job advancing your cause. All you have done is make those do not support it, want to fight it even more.
Idiots!

hypocrites; we live in a country where a girl who give oral sex in the white house get to be a spokeperson for a MAJOR weight loss business, thousands of sexually clad women parade on daytime television, porn stars getting acting jobs and running for office, soap opera indicating sex in every story, and a major drug cartel make the fortune 500 list but they criticise a woman who is doing less of any of it and they try to knock her down because she is being honest about her belief, way to go America.
May 7th, 2009 at 4:42 am
Go Miss California!! Tell them like it is about homosexual marriages. It is refreshing to see such a bright young woman who will tell it like it is in the face the state’s homosexual community. Maybe she should move to San Fransisco!! LOL! But, what you did years ago might come back to haunt you. She should have known better.

She is showing less in these so called revealing photos than she did on national television during the swimsuit competition. This is purely a witch hunt. I’d like to remind you that a person’s religious beliefs are specifically protected in our Constitution for a reason. Whereas what you do with your penis is not. Religious freedom is infinitely more important than what you do in bed and with whom you do it with. Regardless if you are Christian, Jew, Buddhist, Muslim, or Scientologist, the essense of the society and culture that our founding fathers created specifically saw religious beliefs as highly important in a functioning , moral society, for a reason. If society today does not recognise it then we and our children are doomed.

If she was a legal minor at the time the racy photos were taken, shouldn’t this Nik Richie guy from TheDirty.com be prosecuted as a criminal on child porn charges?
May 7th, 2009 at 5:24 am
So far, what has been revealed is no more than what one would find in a JC Penny’s catalog or a Miller Beer commercial.
On the other hand, what has been revealed by so many is the blatant hypocrisy, greed and self-righteous behavior that has become endemic to our society.
Back off and look in the mirror, people!

I’m no fan of her personal views, but this focus on her modeling career is ridiculous and destructive to the cause. The idea seems to be that you cannot be Christian and also a lingerie model. There is nothing immoral about modeling, especially when she is revealing no more than her she does in her competition swimsuit. She has nothing to apologize for (other than her homophobic views).
May 7th, 2009 at 6:15 am
Anyone bother to look at the swimsuit competition of the pageant. Seems to me the entire pageant has a morals problem requiring the contestants to parade around in skimpy bikinis to be considered eligible to win the contest.
Double standard? I think so. What do you think?

The Dirty.com is posting photos (of a minor) and hate content in clear violation of their hosting agreement. Are they liars too?
You can report them and ask their site be removed here.

I think we should just drop this whole issue, so she took some pictures, that do NOT show full nudity. Models do this all the time, its part of the business, the more you show the more you move up. As long as nothing worse turns up I say drop the issue. The media is making too much of this. She did omit this during her application process, but other pageant participants have done worse in the past and still kept their crown. Someone is just trying to dig up dirt on her.
May 7th, 2009 at 6:25 am
Seems like the person (with these alleged non-photoshop created pictures that magically appeared) is part of the Gay Community, and is comitting a hate crime against the Hetero Community.
One would expect more from people who are constantly whinning about being treated equally…….
May 7th, 2009 at 6:36 am
I say I am a young feisty beauty, but my saying it does not make it so. Carrie Prejean says she is a Christian, but her saying it does not make it so.
And Donald Trump as a judge of morals???
The whole thing is an insult to all women of integrity and honesty.
May 7th, 2009 at 6:45 am
Why don’t we stop being so dang moral for crying out loud. Women dress like this every day. Men dress like this. We look…..we fantasize about….we secretly wish we could dress like this and when it all comes out into the public all of a sudden everyone acts like it is so bad. Oh my, we now have morals! Please give the fake moral issues a rest. Leave the young lady alone. Must be a slow news day.
May 7th, 2009 at 7:00 am
You gotta be freaking kidding me! The damn bathing suits the pageant makes the girls wear is FAR more revealing than the damn photos the girl is in. And THEY paid for her breast implants. And why is this GRAND investigation into her past going on now AFTER she already competed for the Big Crown. It is CLEARLY an attack for her stance. How bizarre that the last miss USA – who was a coke head and a bisexual – was protected and cared for by the organization. Miss California – you will ALWAYS be my queen. And you are the ONLY type of “queen” I want in this country. Hey media- this is a NON story. Go after “Perez” for his bizarre sex life and his wicked hate speech toward the woman he wishes he could be!
May 7th, 2009 at 7:09 am
Who cares if there are racy photos of Miss Calefornia? How pathetic that we consider this news worthy! Let her be and if she wants to pose nude, so be it! Get over it America and Perez Hilton!
May 7th, 2009 at 7:25 am
Let’s see…
1. A Conservative congressman introducing same sex marraige bans while they’re hitting on teenage boys.
2. A Conservative V.P. candidates claiming they have the inside track on the moral code of all americans while her daughter is knocked up by the local hockey stud.
3. The major voice of the conservative right getting on the radio every day telling “ditto-heads” he’s 99.9% right all the time and then after his show, he’s a doctor shopping pill head.
4. Poor little Miss California espousing her “christian values” while misleading the public with her deliberate omission on a legal document about semi-nude photos.
Open your eyes folks, you’ve been a joke for the last eight years now it’s time to shut up and let someone else drive the bus for awhile.
May 7th, 2009 at 7:28 am
We don’t agree with her opions, destroy her! we can’t hadle opposing ideas! she must be Evil!
May 7th, 2009 at 8:11 am
Saw the pictures. Um, what’s the big deal? Nude or semi-nude means nipples or pubic area. Where are the damn nipples? This is so transparent and so pathetic. If she had said that she was gay or that gay marriage is the calling of God, you would all be supporting her now. Oh, wait, the pics would not have come out, this would not even be an issue. I guess the big message here is that gays do not support the right of free speech. Got that loud and clear. The message of gay rights has just been set back by this, you fools.
May 7th, 2009 at 8:15 am
She is being attacked for her opinion on marriage
not the photos.
May 7th, 2009 at 8:19 am
Jump down from your high horse and give it a rest. All young girls and as well guys who aspire to be models will take any photo session and believe that it is the one that will bring them into the starlight. That’s why if you look at any star today, you will see that they all have done photo shoots, ads and even jobs that they may not be so proud of, but they thought at that time it would get them the job they dreamed of whether it was modeling, acting, singing, etc. So when you make sligh comments about her regarding the photos, her beliefs then you are being no better than a racist. (I am referring to the level of white supremist and natzis)
She is beautiful, smart and very committed to her beliefs. Jealousy is clearly a large factor in all the rude comments about her. I applaude her to sticking to her guns and not giving in to the media or the pagent regarding her strong belief of marriage is only for a man and woman. I on the other hand am not against same sex marriage. If two people love each other and they wnat to get married then let them. There are more than enough children without families on our planet that a same sex couple can easily adopt and raise as their own. I am married to a wonderful and beautiful lady for the last 7 years and will be seeing many more anniversaries with her.
So when you rudely comment on someone else on these forums for their strong beliefs, look at yourself first and you may see yourself in a different light, and if you can’t then turn the lights back on.

Wow, people. Nobody seems to understand the problem with these photographs. It’s not a question of double-standards for nudity and exposure – it’s about fraud and breach of contract.
When she signed her contract with the pageant, Miss Prejean was asked flat out if she had ever posed for pictures like the ones revealed at thedirty.com.
She signed a contract with the pageant stating that she had never posed nude or semi-nude.
She lied. She lied, in writing, on paper, in a legal and binding contract. That’s a problem.
A topless shot is still semi-nude even if it doesn’t include full-on breasts. Go to any stock photo site and search for semi-nude, and you’ll find a slew of pictures that look remarkably like the one of Carrie Prejean. That is semi-nude. Here – I’ll even give you a head start: http://www.fotosearch.com/photos-images/semi-nude.html
The problem with these photos is not that she posed semi-nude, although I’d prefer it if 17 year olds didn’t run around posing in topless photos. The problem is that she flat out lied about this when she signed her pageant contract.
Then, after the picture emerged, she lied again, saying that was the only picture that had ever been taken of her like that. Wrong again – another picture was rolled out the next day, and there are likely more. The woman LIED in a way that puts her in breach of her contract. I don’t care how she poses – she was supposed to disclose it, and she failed to.
Not only that, but she also lied in her answer to Perez Hilton, who I agree had no business asking her that question. She lied. She could have said simply that she was raised to believe whatever she believes. She went a step further and made herself sound all dippy and patriotic, claiming that she’s soooo glad we live in a country where you can choose between same-sex marriage and “opposite marriage.”
She made it sound like her beliefs had no effect on anybody else. She implied that people have a choice between same-gender or “opposite” marriage. That is a lie. I don’t get to choose what kind of marriage I get – people like HER get to choose what kind of marriage I get. Her complete ignorance dictates whether my children have protections under the law. Her utter disregard for anybody but herself dictates whether my wife and I are protected in case of an accident. That’s not choice. She lied.
If we had equal rights, I wouldn’t give a rat’s tail about what she was raised to think, because it would be her right to disagree with me just as it is mine to disagree with her. And I would have complete respect for the way she answered. But her answer belied her complete ignorance about the reality of the situation. And as long as people like her are making decisions about the way I live my private life, I will continue to support the backlash against her.

Moonbeam, Prejean is in fact a campaigner against gay marriage. She’s now a spokesperson for “NOM,” the scam-tastic “national organization” that consists of Maggie “My Great Grandpa Was a Bigamist” Gallagher and some other guy. And now Prejean, too. Guess she wasn’t satisfied just stating an opinion.
May 7th, 2009 at 10:10 pm
p.s. Yeah, Prejean is now a spokesperson for NOM NOM NOM. Maybe when the Gathering Storm finally hits, they’ll bring her out in a wet t-shirt or something.
But how ironic is this – the gay community is frustrated and angry at Prop 8, which Prejean surely voted for, and a few of them take it out on Miss California for her callousness and disregard for human dignity. Miss California, on the other hand, is pissed off at one gay dude for revealing her ignorance on national television, because she thinks it cost her a beauty queen title. So she takes it out on the entire community, including those who have never even heard of her, by becoming a spokesperson to encourage further deprivation of rights.
And we’re supposed to feel sorry for her?
